Membership The Border Book Festival, Inc., Founder of the Border Book Festival and The Cultural Center de Mesilla (CCM) invites you to become a member of our literary, literacy, storytelling and arts family. When you become a member of our organization you support a tradition that has brought leading local, national and international writers, storytellers and artists audiences of all ages to our community. We offer readings, workshops, panels, performances, literary and arts events throughout the year. Over 1,000 multi-genre artists have presented their work to our audience over the past thirteen years.
